Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision between a motorcyclist and a pedestrian in Norwich.

On Thursday 17 November at around 7.20am a collision occurred involving a blue Yamaha 125 and a pedestrian in Colman Road on the A140.

The road was closed and reopened at around 2pm.

Emergency services attended and the pedestrian, a woman in her 50s, was taken by ambulance to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.

She was transferred by land ambulance to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, where her condition remains serious.

The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries.

Officers are keen to speak to any witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage of the motorcyclist’s manner of driving before the collision.
