It follows a collision around 4pm on Tuesday 3 April 2018 involving a black Audi Q7 and a cyclist on Aylsham Road.
The cyclist, 31-year-old Ian Mooney of Norwich, was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, where he sadly died.
His family said: “Ian was a kind hearted, cheeky young man, who was lost too soon and will be sadly missed by his friends and family.
“He was a former pupil of Hellesdon High, grew up and lived in the city.
“We would like to thank the emergency services and the wonderful staff at Addenbrooke’s Hospital for their efforts in trying to save Ian’s life.
“Ian held a donor card, and as a result, was able to donate his heart, kidneys and pancreas to help other young men, which has provided some comfort to his family.”
