Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a burglary which happened in Norwich yesterday (16 January 2017).

Entry has been gained to a property in Doris Road at approximately 5.30pm. The homeowners have returned home and noticed an unknown male inside their property. When disturbed, the suspect has fled the scene in the direction of Pembroke Road empty handed.

Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area between the times stated, or anyone with information, should contact DC Lee Marriner at Norwich CID on 101.
