Police are appealing for witnesses to a theft in Norwich.
A man, aged in his 20s, was walking along King Street near to the St Johns Ambulance premises, at approximately 12.20am on Sunday 29 November when he was approached by a man on a bicycle who asked to borrow his mobile phone.
When the victim refused, the man took the victim’s phone from his hand and made off towards the football ground.
The suspect is described as white, aged between 30 and 40, slim build, wearing a black hat, black facemask and black clothing.
