Police are continuing to investigate the death of a man in Norwich last week.

Officers were called to Normandie Tower off Rouen Road just before 6.30pm on Friday 5 June following reports a man had fallen from the building. Police arrived on scene to find a man with serious injuries. Despite resuscitation attempts, the man, aged in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Pending formal Coroner inquest proceedings, police have provisionally identified the deceased as Craig Stubbs aged 29.

A Home Office post mortem examination, held on Sunday (7 June) to establish the cause of death proved inconclusive. Further tests will be carried out in due course.

The family of Craig have released the following tribute: “Craig our happy go lucky son, brother, uncle and father.

“You lived your life to the fullest with a spring in your step. Taken way too young and so soon. We love you and will be missed dearly. Love mum and close family ❤❤”
