Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident which happened in Norwich on Saturday 9 December.

A verbal altercation, involving two men and a woman, took place near to the disabled toilets in Chapelfield at approximately 1.50pm. All three people were in wheelchairs.

Officers have issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to following the incident.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or anyone with information, should contact PC Victoria McDowell at Norwich Police Station on 101.
