Staff from the Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital were delighted to receive today brand new creative play equipment for their waiting areas. This was the result of the generosity of the Norwich and District Diabetes Youth Group (NDDYG).

Paul Hill, Children’s Diabetes Specialist Nurse said: “These new play tables are really helpful in keeping children distracted and occupied as they wait to see doctors and nurses. Many of our young diabetes patients have to visit our clinics on a regular basis and items like this really help.”

Fenella Littleboy, Vice Chair of the NDDYG said, ‘As parents we spend many hours at the Jenny Lind and we are delighted to help the hospital in this way.’’
