Popular television and radio presenter Helen McDermott has just been announced as the host of the Main Stage, sponsored by Flaunt, at the ninth Norwich Pride taking place on Saturday 29 July 2017.

Helen said she was “Delighted to have been invited to host such a wonderful event celebrating diversity in the heart of the city.”

Mark Gracey from Norwich Pride said “We’re thrilled that Helen has agreed to be this year’s compère.”

Helen will be joined on stage in Chapelfield Gardens by many great performers including top impressionist Marea Smithson from ITV’s Newzoids; the UK’s first Muslim Drag Queen Asia Lahore from Channel 4; internet sensation Neil Francis; and Europe’s top Lady GaGa tribute from MTV to name just a few!
