Are you busy on 29 July 2017? There’s still time to volunteer with Norwich Pride for this year’s event.
Gareth from Norwich Pride said: “Norwich Pride is always an enjoyable day for everyone attending. It’s a rewarding experience for volunteers too. You can also be a part of Norwich Pride this year.”
If you would like to volunteer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The event, in its ninth year, starts at 10am on 29 July. There will be stalls in the Forum and Chapelfield Gardens throughout the day. The Parade starts at 1pm and will depart from outside City Hall, following a route through the city toward Chapelfield Gardens.
Jules from Norwich Pride said: “There’s a huge range of different organisations with stalls at Pride this year ranging from the Scouts to Trade Unions; from The National Trust to our very own Pride shops selling rainbow goods. I’m really pleased that we’re fully booked for stalls this year.”
In Chapelfield Gardens, there is the main stage and community tent with plenty to entertain you for the rest of the day. The Main Stage show has a mixture of music and comedy, while the Community Tent will host Question Time and drama performances.
