Police will be escorting an abnormal load through Norfolk this week.

On Sunday 10 December a large artic lorry will be escorted from Copper Smith Way in Wymondham at 7.30am to the site on South Quay in Great Yarmouth.

The load is 5.4m wide, 21.3m long, 6m high and will travel on the following roads: B1135 – B1172 – B1108 – UEA – Earlham Road – Five Ways – Sweetbriar Road – A140 – Mile Cross Lane – A1042 – A1152 – B1140 – A47 – A1243 – Site.

 

If the load is unable to pass under the A47 Acle bridge, it will be diverted through Acle with the following route: Norwich Road – The Street – New Road – A47 – A1243 – Site.

Delays can be expected along the route.
