Police are re-appealing for help to trace a man who is missing from Loddon.

Charles Bampton, aged 84, of Kittens Lane, was last seen at approximately 8.30am on Wednesday 19 August 2020.

Further enquiries have since established that Charles travelled to King’s Lynn by bus from Loddon, via Norwich, arriving in King’s Lynn at 11.15am.

It’s believed Charles may have then travelled on from King’s Lynn to the Grimsby area where he is known to have family.

CCTV has captured Charles travelling by bus on Wednesday 19 August and officers are now releasing an image in the hope it may help locate him.

Charles is described as white, approximately 5ft 8 tall, of slim build with grey hair and a grey beard. He is believed to be wearing grey trousers, a red chequered shirt, a grey coat and bright white trainers. He was also carrying a red carrier bag with the word ‘sale’ written on the side.

Officers are concerned for his welfare and anyone who may have seen Charles or has information as to his current whereabouts should contact Norfolk Police on 101 quoting incident number 420 of Wednesday 19 August 2020.
