More than 20 railway sleepers have been stolen from the car park of Whitlingham Visitors Centre in Trowse.

It happened sometime overnight on Monday into the early hours on Tuesday (13-14 July 2020) when suspects have removed 27 railway sleepers from the Lime Avenue car park and in the process caused about £1,000 worth of damage to surfacing and bollards.

Suspect(s) would have needed a vehicle to transport the sleepers and police are keen to hear from anyone who may have noticed vehicles in the area late at night or in the early hours.
