A hard hitting anti-violence educational programme warning Year 9 students across Norfolk about the dangers of fighting is being rolled out for a second year. The ‘One Punch Can Kill’ presentation will take place between September 2016 and March 2017 at 50 schools aimed at pupils aged between 13 and 14.
