Boat engines theft appeal

Officers are appealing for information following the theft of two boat engines in Cley. The incident took place sometime between 10am on Wednesday 19 October and 10am on Friday 21 October 2016 close to the car park in Beach Road, High Heath, Cley. The victim left his Cheetah catamaran, on the shingle bank for two days and returned to discover an engine had been taken from each hull. This week sees St Andrews and Blackfriars Halls in Norwich packed with eager drinkers enjoying the annual Campaign For Real Ale (CAMRA) Beer Festival, now in its 39th year in Norwich. The volunteer-staffed festival is a favourite event for many and is conveniently timed for autumn half term week.
